Details about this exciting opportunity:
Part-Time, up to 20 hrs/week, Paid Human Resources Intern to work in our HR department located in our Headquarters in White Plains, NY.
Compensation: $16.00/hr.
This position will have the opportunity to gain experience in many aspects of HR.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assist the HR Coordinator with onboarding new hires, including background checks, originating personnel files, etc.
Work with HR Recruiter to create job postings, post on various sites and screen resumes.
Work with HR team to support day-to-day tasks.
Filing, as necessary.
If you have the following:
Qualifications:
Working towards a College degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Office experience preferred, not required.
And Attributes:
Attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy department with multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Microsoft office skills – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
