We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Miami, Florida. Operating within the property management sector, you will be instrumental in managing a wide range of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and general HR management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficient hiring processes are in place

• Manage onboarding for new hires, providing a smooth transition into the company

• Handle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Oversee all HR tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department

• Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions

• Utilize Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) for effective communication and data transfer

• Implement Ceridian and HCM for HR management and benefits function

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

• Foster positive employee relations, resolving conflicts and issues promptly

• Manage the Human Resources Management System, keeping accurate records and data.

Requirements • Demonstrable experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must.

• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is required.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential.

• Knowledge of Ceridian is a significant plus.

• Experience with HCM is highly desirable.

• Mastery in Benefit Functions is expected.

• Excellent Communication skills are required.

• Strong understanding of Compliance protocols is necessary.

• Proven track record in Employee Relations is crucial.

• Extensive experience with Hiring Processes is expected.
