About Human Resources (HR) Manager

  Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources professional to join our team as an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering positive employer-employee relationships, managing labor issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws. Responsibilities include conducting investigations into workplace conflicts, providing guidance on employee grievances, and collaborating with management to develop effective resolution strategies. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of labor laws, and the ability to balance the interests of both employees and the organization.

  The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in mitigating disputes, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and implementing fair and consistent employment policies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can proactively address potential issues, contribute to the development of HR policies, and maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment.   1+ years of supervisory experience within human resources

  Proficient with HR software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar field

  PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications are desired

  Accomplished in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  Extensive knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, compensation and wage structure

  Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

  A comprehension of the key principles of employment law and EEOC regulations

  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

  5+ years in human resources

  Impeccable ethics, integrity, and standards
