Major responsibilities
Update employee database information
Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings
Explore the internet to uncover potential customers
Perform various administrative duties
Requirements - Past experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
At least 3+ years of HR related experience desired
Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
Comprehensive knowledge of New Hire Orientations
Filing experience preferred
Onboarding experience required
Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration
Deep understanding of Corporate Recruiting
