　　Your responsibilities in this role

　　Service employee database records

　　Research the internet to locate potential customers

　　Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings

　　Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities Requirements

　　Approachable and appropriate behavior when interacting with personnel at all levels in a quickly changing environment

　　Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

　　Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

　　Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

　　Advanced in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

　　Data entry experience required

　　Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations

　　Employee handbook experience

　　Proficiency in Clerical Duties

　　Experience with Department Projects

　　Adeptness in coordination
