Madison Regional Health System is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.

　　Our Human Resources Generalist is an essential part of our Administration team and is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll processing, benefits administration, training, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The generalist must be sensitive to organizational needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.Excellent customer service, attention to detail, great telephone etiquette, computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations are essential. Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and human resource information. Human Resources or relevant field degree is preferred. Additional HR training preferred.

　　The working conditions will be in a clean, well-lighted area, with sitting majority of the shift and frequent repetitive motion of the hands/wrists involved. The Human Resources Generalist works eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday each week.
