  Human Resources Generalist to start immediately!

  We are seeking a qualified HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce and possess a strong understanding of human resources functions. This role will play a key part in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

  Responsibilities:

  Utilize ADP Workforce to manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

  Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating new hire orientations.

  Administer employee benefits programs and address inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

  Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, and performance management.

  Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and conducting investigations when necessary.

  Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

  Prepare and analyze HR-related reports using ADP Workforce data.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and projects.

  Requirements

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus

  Must be bilingual English/spanish

  Proven experience as an HR Generalist, with hands-on knowledge of ADP Workforce.

  Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

  Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
