Job Summary:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department's day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for assisting in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Performance Indicators:
Recruitment:
Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Assist in conducting interviews and participating in the selection process.
Onboarding:
Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
Assist in benefits administration and support HR projects as needed.
Required of the Role:
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent computer & typing skills.
Must be organized and detail oriented.
Professional telephone manner.
Able to work with confidential information.
Education Required:
High School diploma, GED or better
