Overview:

　　$14.25 / hour

　　At Carowinds work is FUN! As a Human Resources Assistant, you'll help us build the 2024 team responsible for taking care of our Guests! In this entry level role, you will have an opportunity to review seasonal candidate applications, connect with our applicants, and play a key role in the hiring process. You'll also:

　　Collaborate with partners to understand staffing needs and position requirements.

　　Attend job fairs and hiring events to attract talented individuals to our organization.

　　Contact applicants to schedule interviews.

　　Conduct in-person and virtual interviews, make hiring decisions or recommendations for seasonal positions.

　　Assist with on-boarding operations by reviewing I-9 documentation and employment paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
