　　Responsibilities:The HR Assistant will partner with the Human Resources Manager and Director on a variety of initiatives and directives that maximize organizational effectiveness and performance.

　　Arrange interviews.

　　Maintain personnel filing system.

　　Responsible for assisting in verifying employment for PT employees.

　　Keep filing up to date and secure.

　　Process I9 documents.

　　Take an active role in creating a safe and healthy work environment.

　　Organize and administer job fairs.

　　Assist with the onboarding process.

　　Qualifications:• 1-2 years of experience in HR Administration• Excellent communication skills * Bilingual in Spanish a plus*• Excellent social skills• Flexible, straightforward and independent• Able work independently and takes initiative
