Job Description
The LEGO Group is looking for an engaging and passionate Hub Host to join our London Team, ensuring the workspace is a great experience every single day!
Core Responsibilities
This role is key in creating a vibrant community, supporting everyone with day to day questions,event organisation, inbox management and play across our workplaces.
Ensure smooth running of daily actions through proactive organisation and forward planning, as well as trouble shooting quickly if issues arise.
The role consists of a diverse set of tasks and holds room to initiate new ideas and approaches.
Employee engagement and wellbeing are high on our company agenda. You'll drive this daily by role modelling the culture and values of the LEGO Group.
Stakeholder and communication management on operational and senior level is highly important in this role to ensure effective solutions are found quickly.

The LEGO Group is continuously developing its global workplaces, design and strategy. We have factories, sales offices and Hubs across the world.
You'll be based from our exciting London Hub, whereapproximately 1,000colleagues work in different areas of our business across global and regional teams. The Hub is the pioneer of the LEGO workplace strategy, now called LEGO Ways of Working (LWOW).
This role is London based with occasional travel to Slough to assist with the running and coordination of this office as and when needed.
