Description
We offer a short-term contract employment opportunity for an HRIS Manager in Saint Louis, Missouri. This role is within the non-profit sector, where the HRIS Manager will be expected to manage a large backlog of data from a legacy Lawson system, having recently transitioned to SAP Success Factors.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the transition from Lawson HRIS to SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity.
• Identify gaps in the current data and develop strategies to fill these gaps.
• Upload legacy data into the new system organized and efficiently.
• Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the HRIS.
• Handle data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Use SAP Success Factors HCM to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure data uploads are carried out correctly and resolve any issues.
• Promote diversity recruitment through the effective use of the HRIS.
• Manage benefits payroll data within the HRIS.
Requirements • Must have a minimum of three years of experience in HRIS management
• Proficient in data entry and data integrity
• Skilled in using SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Lawson HRIS
• Experienced in data uploads and ensuring data integrity
• Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies and practices
• Knowledgeable in handling benefits payroll
• Prior experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
