Summary
The HR Administrative Assistant provides customer service to both internal and external customers with regards to company human relations.
Under minimal supervision of the Director of HR, the incumbent must be able to master the basics of Human Resources, be able to handle and work with private and personal information in a confidential manner and provide excellent customer service; encompassing the responsibilities of maintaining physical and electronic files, and assist w/employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Support all employees in employee relations efforts to maintain a positive and productive workforceTalent Acquisition: utilizing company tools and processes to develop a candidate pipeline, screen applicants, and successfully onboard new hires.Assist in the coordination of company compliance trainingConduct administrative tasks to support the day to day operationsQualifications

Education and/or Experience
