Assist inWorkday functions like business process and tenant configuration andupgrade evaluation. Act as escalation point for user-reported issues.Educate users on enhancement opportunities and process improvementsthrough new functionality. Work closely with internal teams to identifyrequirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workdayfunctionality. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree. 2+ years ofexperience with support and module configuration in Workday. Ability topresent ideas in user-friendly language. Excellent analytical skills,proficient in Word, Excel and Access.
