The responsibility of this role is to support and lead a segment of the HR Solution Center (HRSC) team. Hold team accountable for producing high quality work that meets set service level agreements, business initiatives and compliance requirements. Supervise the team in completing HR related processes accurately and timely according to established policies and procedures, while applying continuous improvement and elevating the team member experience year over year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise transactionalHR processes for INSPIRE BRANDS, INC.
Provide support for all HR functions.
Mentor and provide leadership to team members.
Maintain best practices and implement new procedures as needed.
Ensure the team is leveraging and supporting the development of new tools and technology
Assist with the implementation of new HR systems.
Instill a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Review and approve escalated concerns and support solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree or equivalent work experience, preferred
Minimum five years of shared services experience, preferred
Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILTITIES
Proficiency in Excel
Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Strong organization skills with great attention to detail.
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
