About HR Services Analyst

  Job Description

  What this role entails :

  Process:

  Manage HR processes and support for candidates, employees, managers, HR at regional and global level.

  Coordinate with various teams to prioritize and solve HR queries.

  Analyze and interpret data on given processes to produce trends and identify improvement areas.

  Use data to challenge status quo and define proposals for improvements.

  Perform regular internal quality audits and RCCAs.

  Produce and deliver presentations based on data analysis to stakeholders, partners or leadership.

  Develop and act as Process Expert, Regional or Global Process Owner.

  Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.

  Deliver trainings to colleagues, employees, managers, Recruitment, HR.

  Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems.

  Identify, define, document and share best practices within the team and cross teams.

  Produce and keep process documentation and best practices up to date.

  Projects:

  Involved in or coordinate projects that drive innovation or process improvement

  Produce and manage project related documentation, roadmaps, status dashboards, communications to stakeholders;

  Apply Change Management methodology on projects, initiatives, deployment of new technology (HCM, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, tools, etc.)

  Job Requirements :

  Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  Customer-service oriented, putting yourself in the customer’s shoes while looking for solutions to their queries.

  Ability to work independently and effectively.

  Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.

  Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work. Able to multi-task, manage projects, and handle daily operational tasks simultaneously.

  Demonstrates accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.

  Skilled problem solver with demonstrated analytical ability to assess complex data to identify trends and themes to propose improvements.

  Diplomatic and influential partner with management, business partners, and other key stakeholders.

  Ability to represent a problem to others, and how to work with them efficiently to solve the problem. Ability to educate others on complex disciplines.

  Contributions or lead for various projects.

  Practical experience working in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.

  Strong knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools and methods. Knowledge of Oracle systems a plus.

  Ability to work across different time zones and regions.

  Expert with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).

  Bachelor's degree.
