This role is part of Global Groups Field HR team –under Accenture Operations. The Sr. Analyst is responsible to implement performance achievement in field HR support team for Global Groups. This position is expected to support several processes, e.g., performance achievement, data management, promotions, Ethics and compliance, etc. for Global Groups.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Achievement & Total Rewards– E2E process (talent groups maintenance, HR Coach support during Performance Cycle, Reporting)
Data Management
Quarterly Promotions Management
Support HR Business partners
Ensure the Field HR team provides consistent advice on relevant HR policies and by providing access to personnel information as required
Resolve outstanding issues / enquiries or escalate further, if necessary
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by providing assistance to team leads or other team members in busy periods.
Ensure the accuracy of employee information by regularly conducting audits as appropriate to each service line (Sup Org, Cost Center, People Lead alignments, Job Profile, etc).
Share best practices on methodologies, trends and modeling with team members working across all global groups.
Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team.
Must have: Yes - University degree, preferably a Bachelor degree with a focus in Human Resources Management or Business Management related discipline
Must-Have
• English - Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel & Analytic skills (use of excel formulas, pivot tables, roster analysis)
• HR Reporting experience
• Detailed oriented
• Mid – level office Package skills
• Ability to work cross-culturally.
