  Description Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled IT Recruiter to support a dynamic organization in the Hospitality industry. As the IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. Our client wants a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. You will be in charge of both recruiting functions and a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, as well as providing clerical support to the HR department.

  HR Recruiter responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

  • High volume IT recruiting in the manufacturing/food industry

  • Manage full cycle recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates through the various Job Boards including LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinating and participating in interviews, providing support and recommendation to hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements

  Required Experience:

  IT recruiting is a must

  Experience with LinkedIn is a Must

  Excellent communication skills with both internal and external individuals

  Very detail oriented and computer savvy

  -2-5 years of recruiting experience Requirements - Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

  Expertise in Talent Sourcing

  Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting

  Proficiency in high volume recruitment

  Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required

  This role needs to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
