Robert Half is seeking candidates for a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter role with a dynamic organization in the FEED - Front End Engineering Design industry. One of the most important parts of your role as the Human Resources Recruiter is full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. This client is looking for a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Greenville, South Carolina and will be supporting the West Coast (Nevada, Washington, California up and down the coast.)
Recruiting Responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy
• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Coordinating the interview process
• Onsite new hire orientations
• Facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
• Would be covering Nevada, Washington, California up and down the coast.
• Recruiting for- automotive- entry quality inspectors, mechanics and engineering.
HR responsibilities:
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and safety and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
• Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Manage employee issues, including coaching, development discussions, corrective actions, and investigations.
Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platformsHands-on experience with Applicant Screening
Wide ranging experience with Recruiting Processes
Knowledge of Schedule Interviews
Good understanding of recruiting
Foundational knowledge in new employee orientation
Experience with Job Postings
HR System experience preferred
Practical knowledge of Dayforce
Comprehension of California Labor Law
Deep understanding of interviewing
Well-founded grasp of Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proven knowledge of HRIS Database
Deep understanding of HR strategy
General familiarity with sourcing recruitment
Solid understanding of Conduct Interviews
HR Policy experience preferred
Skills in Full Cycle Recruiting
Well-founded grasp of New Hire Orientations
Prior experience with Resume Screening
Quality experience with Recruiting Strategies
Solid understanding of Prescreening
Proven knowledge of new employee orientation
HRIS experience
Earlier work involving Recruiting Activities
Previous experience working with Recruiting Efforts
General familiarity with Conducts new-Employee Orientations
Practical knowledge of Recruiting Strategy
Experience with New Hire Orientations
HR compliance experience desired
