About the Team:
HR Partner & Delivery sits at the center of Citi’s HR business solutions. This newly created team's future proposition is to provide guidance and coaching to managers on all employee life-cycle processes, solving day to day HR needs for employee by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee focused processes.
About the Role:
This role will support the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Process Design and Re-engineering. It entails working in an agile environment partnering with project managers and specialist supporting process change.
Key Responsibilities:
Prioritizing, managing and supporting analysis, design, development, and implementation of global HRPS processes and the supporting Citi technology
Providing innovative approaches to ensure successful transformational change is implemented consistently across all HRPS sites globally.
Conducting workshops and reviews in support of system redesign and HR business process reengineering (BPR)
Defining process narratives and documenting workflow , identifying opportunities for productivity and efficiency.
Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improving them continuously
Developing global implementation plans engaging appropriate stakeholders , HR Business Partners, HR Delivery, HR disciplines, technology, legal and risk and control as appropriate.
Accountable for defining HRP&D technology requirements, and overseeing the writing of detailed business and system design requirements
Leveraging data to provide insights for the HRP&D on identifying future design and re-engineering opportunities
Initiates the design, implementation and communication of key processes related to the processes managed by HRP&D.
Ensures process design and re-engineering outcomes are effectively analyzed, reported and actioned
Participates in ongoing communication across the global business to engage all global employees in initiatives, processes and updates
Responsible for planning and forecasting requirements in terms of resource management and allocation of work within the workstream or project.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience
Strong communication skills at all levels (written and verbal)
Ability to work in agile and autonomous environment.
High level of self-motivation and planning in order to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
Ability to make considered risk decisions when ambiguity is a factor.
Process oriented with the ability to conceptualize ideas
Change management experience with a strong employee/manager focus
Practice Citi Lean principles or an equivalent certification in process design or re-engineering
Fluent English
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferredWhat we offer:
