About HR / Payroll Coordinator

  RBR Technologies is looking for a HR/Payroll Coordinator that is excited to serve as an employee facing roll working pay, expense, timekeeping, and the corporate credit card program.

  What would you do as aN HR / Payroll Coordinator

  The HR/Payroll Coordinator will serve as the company point of contact for Pay, Timekeeping, Credit Cards, Expense Reports, and Labor Reconciliation. The position requires strong customer service skills/ability, effective communication skills, and a thorough attention to detail in accuracy/quality of work. The HR/Payroll Coordinator position would serve as a direct report to the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO). The HR/Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for:

  Timekeeping Support

  Monitor Timekeeping Mailbox

  Adding/removing of Charge Codes to RBR employee UNANET accounts.

  Administer Timecard User Accounts (Create/remove/update)

  Communicate (Email new users about timecard being created

  Expense Report Support

  Monitor expense report mailbox

  Drafting/approving expense reports for employees to approve/formally submit

  Work directly with employees an any expense report issues.

  Receive, confirm and initiate Bonuses

  Partner Labor Charging

  Perform all Proxy entries into Partner timekeeping systems.

  Review and reconcile labor discrepancies between RBR and partner timekeeping systems (taking the lead on interfacing with the employee and not passing to the PM for action (PM will be cc'd on correspondence) escalation of communication.

  Manage company credit card program

  Ordering/Closing Cards

  Increasing/decreasing limits

  Importing Credit Card transactions

  Payroll support

  Monitor Payroll mailbox

  Respond to employee pay correspondence

  Interface with employees on Pay issues/items

  Sending period hours report to leadership

  Review first paycheck with employees

  Perform withholdings change

  Minimum Requi rements:

  Minimum of 6 years of Payroll and/or HR experience

  Associate degree in accounting or degree in a related field combined with relevant accounting experience.

  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

  Strong verbal and written communication skills

  Proactive, adheres to deadlines, responsive to management requirements

  Extremely detail orientated with strong analytical skills.

  Good time management and organizational skills.

  Ability to work both independently and jointly with other corporate team members

  Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities to meet suspense's and leadership intent

  Physical Requirements:

  Position is approximately 95% remote.

  On rare occasions there will be needs to travel to corporate headquarters to support strategy sessions, proposal development, or project kickoffs.

  Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a desk with repetitive typing and frequent talking.

  Infrequent minimal light lifting required.
