　　The Role of a Customer Advocate:

　　The Customer Advocate is expected to handle customer complaints, received from various sources into Prudential (such as customers, regulators, executives, the Chairmans office or a third party on behalf of the customer).

　　The Customer Advocate will review, investigate, and respond to the complaints, either in writing or verbally when appropriate. The Customer Advocate will also identify appropriate customer solution and formulate appropriate response to a complaint.

　　The Customer Advocate is expected to prioritize the complaint work according to source and established due date, build complaint record and track complaint information.

　　The Expectations of a Customer Advocate:

　　Serve as a point of contact to customers through complaint solution.

　　Investigate the allegations presented according to our procedures and make an appropriate determination within set time frames.

　　Response to customers may be verbal or written correspondence.

　　Update complaint record keeping system(s) on a consistent and timely basis.

　　As an advocate, another vital job the role is linking issues, identifying and escalating service or process gaps in order to present opportunities to improve customer experience.

　　Complaint data is used through regulatory obligation as well as provide insights to the various business groups within Prudential.

　　Is customer obsessed in their approach and influences appropriate change with ease of doing business and doing the right thing in mind.

　　Qualifications

　　Demonstrates superior customer service skills.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Analytical and critical thinking skills.

　　Ability to work independently, multitask and manage difficult interactions.

　　FINRA Series 6 registration or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire is required for this position.

　　Additional Requirements:

　　This position will work virtually, therefore new hires must be able to provide the following:

　　Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. You must be willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider asnecessary.

　　Must have the capability to handle calls with a cell phone (would need to have unlimited data and minutes) or alandline. Yourpersonal phone number will not be identified to customers.

　　Quiet area inyour home with minimal distractions and noise free.

　　Reliability and Dependability throughout our extensive training program is required

　　Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $49,600.00 to $73,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
