Groundskeeper at Hollywood Golf Club

　　Start: 4/1/2024End: 10/31/2024

　　Hollywood Golf Club, located in Deal, NJ, seeks nine (9) full-time, temporary Groundskeepers who will be responsible for maintaining golf course grounds using hand and power tools and equipment. Will perform any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation.

　　Will report directly to the Golf Course Superintendent.

　　Three (3) months of experience maintaining grounds at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.

　　Travel not required. Daily transportation to and from worksite not provided. On-the-job training provided.

　　Wage: $20.81- $26.01per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime is available at $31.22-$39.02 per hour.

　　Schedule: 40 hours per week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 5:30am-1:30pm, 5am-1pm, or 6am-2:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.

　　Optional housing is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Cost of housing, if accepted, is $100.00 bi-weekly. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A $150.00 security deposit is required, to be deducted from first paycheck. Deposit will be returned to the employee based on the condition of the housing, at the employer's sole discretion, at the end of the employment period. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker's sole benefit, including but not limited to accidental and cancer insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.

　　All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Reasonable transport and subsistence costs to place of emp. provided if worker completes half of emp. period. Reasonable return transport and subsistence costs provided if worker completes emp. period or dismissed early. Amount of reimbursement equal to most economical common carrier. Daily subsistence provided at $15.46/day to a max of $59/day.

　　Guaranteed work hours for at least three fourths workdays in each 12-week period. All req. tools, supplies, and equip. provided at no charge. H-2B workers reimbursed in first workweek for all visa-related fees.
