About the Role:
The Global People Integration Director will represent the People organization on merger, acquisition and divestiture transactions by partnering with People team members and cross-functional integration leads to drive all critical talent and organizational initiatives.
This is an influential role, combining strategic planning, general business management, and project management to drive successful transitions. The role will have a global scope, supporting people integrations across all business lines, but will prioritize Americas transactions in the near-term.
The Global People Integration Director is responsible driving our global integration strategy across transactions, while working with the People teams to customize requirements and business segment needs. This individual will coordinate and project lead across workstreams and team members including: Executive People sponsor, Lead Business Partner, Corporate Development, Total Rewards, People Systems, People Operations, Talent Management Learning, Digital Technology, Finance, Communications, Legal and Operations.
The leader must be able to rapidly establish credibility and trust with all levels of the organization and comfortable interacting with and influencing the C-Suite.
What You'll Do:
Oversee People Diligence Integration process plans for assigned deals
Lead People Due Diligence Process
Determining the People Integration Budget
Organizational Design
Offer Letters Terms and Conditions Process
Total Rewards – Compensation and Benefits Assessment, including Executives and Perquisites
Title Mapping
HR Systems Integration
Policy Practice Reconciliation and Harmonization
Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Integration
People Communications, Day 1 Planning and FAQs
Act as the main POC for the Due Diligence Integration
Provide guidance on standard and best practice People MA processes
Prepare weekly status updates on People DD Integration progress
Customize Global People Integration templates to local deal requirements and current business segment needs
Identify and mitigate risks and integration challenges for People team and provide solutions based on People integration strategies
Understand People strategy and transformation roadmap, ensuring integration planning fits with the future plans
Utilize and socialize People Team methodology, framework and governance structure and document the plans, timelines, RACI, RAID
Coordinate MA integration including risk management, governance, best practices and people system integrations
Partner with appropriate PBP, COE’s and People leaders to assess all People Operation impacts of the MA in line with the global or regional strategy
Coordinate closely with the broader MA team on change management and communications
Maintain business results and focus by helping the leadership team through assessment of culture differences during closing and building an appropriate integration approach/plan
Monitor deal measures and success throughout the lifecycle through continuous feedback and tracking

Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, Integration Project Management with solid experience in methodologies, frameworks and project technology skills and tools
Working knowledge of outsourcing, recruitment and MA life cycle in order to create customized HR path by project
Experience with global MA transactions with cross-border implications
Thrive in intensity and comfortable executing with short deadlines and changing work environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively ensuring all deadlines are met
Strong team skills, collaborating with, and supporting colleagues
Good interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong partnership with stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy level
Results driven with a pro-active approach and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Analytical thinker with process improvement skills with ability to analyze continuous improvement opportunities across functions
Expert in Microsoft computing packages including SmartSheets (or equivalent technology), Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the HR MA Director position is $180,000.00 per year and the maximum salary for the HR MA Director position is $210,000.00 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
