Join us as an HR Intern to help create a healthy workplace by contributing to leadership programs and engagement initiatives, supporting leave process planning as well as the organization of well-being events with your proactive approach. Assist in organizing events and initiatives that celebrate diversity and foster a sense of belonging.
Your Role:
Contribute to leadership development, training sessions, and engagement surveys follow ups.
Support the development and implementation of health and well-being initiatives.
Collaborate on fostering a healthy workplace culture with cross-functional teams.
Monitor leave planning processes and assist employees in policy understanding and implementation.
Promote and implement ideas to create an engaging workplace, enhancing overall employee morale and satisfaction.
Assist in organizing initiatives that support diversity and inclusion in the workplace and foster a sense of belonging.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives.
You're the Right Fit if:
You have a background in economics, business, psychology, HR studies, or a related field.
You are a native Italian speaker and possess fluent English language skills.
You possess proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
You demonstrate a passion for HR and exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
You showcase a proactive mindset, multitasking abilities, and an openness to continuous learning.
