Opportunities may be located throughout the United States for remote and/or on-site work.A Day In the Life:To help make our customer successful, the chosen candidate will:Initiate, execute, and manage projects by creating work breakdown structures (WBS), critical path assessment, resource plans, risks definitions, and productivity analysisPresent status briefingsProvide management, facilitation, and coordination of tasks and project team members, along with budget and cost management to meet project timelinesImplement VOIP telecommunication systemsDirect daily project execution activities related to design, development, vesting, training development, systems delivery, assist in the development and performance of test plans, production support, and status and financial reportsShow proven ability to work both independently and as a team member; setting and meeting deadlines and establishing rapport with individuals at all organizational levels and with diverse backgroundsBe accountable for project timelines / milestones, governance, alignment, assurance, management, integration, optimization and planning, resourcing, and tools management.The Project Manager may have more than one (1) project at a time based on complexity and availability. The job may include responsibility for coordinating the development of technical requirements, designs and testing plans.Required SkillsA Consultant is an exempt customer-facing business professional that provides a variety of information directly to customers for their ongoing programs, new initiatives, strategic planning, and measurement/evaluation in one or more of RG's solutions.
