Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

Support HR Business Partners on employee related matters.HR Operations:

Collaborate with the HR team on payroll and benefits-related tasks.

Assist in preparing employment-related documents.

Engagement Development:

Contribute to the organization of internal training programs.

Work on onboarding and employee communication.

Requirements:

University Student interested in the area of Human Resources.

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Eagerness to gain practical experience in the HR field.

What We Offer:

6 months internship program

Hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.

Flexible working hours min. 20 hours a week.

Remuneration: hourly rate: 30 PLN/h
