  What you will do

  • Support Enterprise Account Management, Flex Financial and the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) group in post-deal management of complex financing agreements.

  • Develop support plan to effectively mitigate any downstream issues in implementing Flex Financial deals (from a pricing and rebate perspective).

  • Be responsible for the successful integration of Flex Financial deals into standard Contract Performance Management rebate tracking processes.

  • Ensure all rebates/premiums/carve-outs are processed accurately and on time through the Model N system (target of 100% completion per month). Completion shall be defined as processed, paid and/or sufficiently acted upon. In instances where payment is not paid in given month, the analyst will be expected to properly notify all affected parties.

  • Support the development of reporting to provide various groups with information needed regarding the number of Flex Financial Deals involving Orthopaedics, premiums transferred (from contract inception and through last payment period), monthly status of rebates/premiums/carve-outs and any additional reporting needed to support the Flex Financial/ASC Business review process.

  What you need

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  $57,000 - $115,100 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
