Our Human Resources division of Workforce Wellness Solutions manages extraordinary programs. We provide wellness programs, benefit support, HR information system management, safety programs and leave management to over 1,800 employees, and 4,400 lives.
We promote innovative employee wellness and safety programs to encourage healthier lifestyles. Now we are seeking a HR Supervisor overseeing our PeopleSoft HR systems who has a passion to serve, a focus on solutions, an analytical mind, and a keen eye for detail. This position supervises a team of analysts and specialists that strive for accuracy and efficiency every day. The preferred candidate would have experience in HRIS system administration or similar software system like PeopleSoft with experience as an analyst and people manager. The ideal candidate would have experience in developing processes and forms, and in delivering consulting advice and analysis to senior management. The successful candidate will be expected to perform professional-level activities related to the research and analysis of routine administrative and business management policies and practices, while developing proficiency and experience related to government operations and administration. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting statistical and related reports; people supervision and leadership; providing administrative and analytical support; and making recommendations regarding HRIS systems, budget, program, contract, and/or service delivery modifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
Training:
Bachelor's Degree.
Postgraduate coursework or a Master's Degree is preferred
Experience:
Four years of professional experience in public or business administration, public affairs, or a field directly related to area assigned; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above. Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated skill and knowledge using PeopleSoft.
Ability to present information to large, operationally diverse groups.
One year of supervisory experience.
Degree in Information Systems, IT, HR, Public Administration, or another related field.

Health insurance coverage becomes effective the first of the month following your first 30 days as an eligible employee.

If you enroll in the HDHP the County will contribute to your HSA: $1,500 (individual) or $3,000 (family) annually. This amount is prorated based on date of hire.
