Job Summary This position designs,develops, implements and assesses Human Resources development andtraining programs in support of the business plan. This position leadstraining efforts to support world-class efforts in salaried and hourlyemployee learning and development. It conducts needs assessments, alignstraining requirements to business strategy, plans and develops methodsand programs, and ensures effective implementation and follow up.
