Our rich beliefs in innovation and continuous improvement, paired with the diverse and creative mindsets of our students, leads to the development of our best-in-class products, positively impacting the lives of people all around the world.We are committed to the personal and professional development of our students and are proud to encourage their growth into our leaders of tomorrow.Highlights:Partner with team members from global locations - more than 7 manufacturing locations worldwide.Intern/Co-op opportunities can lead to full time careersReal World Responsibilities:Potential intern projects include:Learn how to conduct behavioral-based interviewsand assessments for Team Members.Conduct routine generalist tasks such as review resumes, schedule interviews, exit interviews, new hire onboarding, document control, Team Member customer service, and other tasks as they arise.Work with other HR professionals and Team Members to understand their data needs & develop self-service solutions for those needs.Organize and audit records; maintain or destroy documents based upon legal document retention requirements.As part of our team, we will:Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career.Provide Human Resources professionals and functional leaders business data-driven insights utilizing analytical tools.Must haves:Pursing a degree in human resources, psychology, business, or similar fieldStrong interest in pursuing a career in human resourcesAbility to organize and complete multiple tasks/projects at one timeAbility to work full-time for 4 10-hour days Monday to Thursday for 3 months in Redmond, WAWillingness to be flexible and adapt to various levels of work assignments.Ability to learn to collaborate with various departments and positions in the organization.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written format.Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated.Can work well, both independently and in teams.Basic skill level in Microsoft Office products.Nice to haves:General eagerness to support workforce analyticsProficiency in Tableau, MS Office tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint experience, Tableau Desktop, Server experiencePrevious HR experiencePositive, resourceful, and energeticPrevious DEI experienceMultilingualThe compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns.
