　　Unterstützung des HR-Teams und der Führungskräfte in arbeits-, sozial- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen

　　Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung organisatorischer Veränderungen

　　Lösungsorientierte und proaktive Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden

　　Begleitung und Unterstützung des Employee Life Cycle

　　Unterstützung bei der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung der Prozessabläufe und Instrumente im HR-Bereich

　　Mitwirkung an HR-Projekten sowie bei der Optimierung sämtlicher personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse

　　Professionelle Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Kollegen auf globaler Ebene

　　Konstruktive und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Betriebsräten und allen Schnittstellen

　　Qualifikationen:

　　Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder juristisches Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal/Arbeitsrecht, oder mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR-Generalist

　　Berufserfahrung in der Personalabteilung eines Dienstleistungsunternehmens

　　Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht

　　Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (z.B. Polnisch) sind von Vorteil

　　Erfahrung im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen sowie mit Remote-Arbeitstools

　　Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Beratungskompetenz

　　Hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz sowie sicheres Auftreten

　　Erfahrung im Umgang mit den Abläufen und Prozessen in einem Matrix-organisierten Unternehmen
