MAJOR FUNCTION:
Coordination of recruitment and orientation of new plant personnelAdministrative control of Applicant Tracking WebsiteMaintain and update all plant social media and recruiting websites.Maintains adequate production manning to meet plant production requirementsAssist HR Team in all facets of customer service to plant employees.Reports to the General Manager of Human Resources.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Following and implementing all plant safety rulesAttend collegiate, department of labor, and local career fairsCreate job descriptions for new positions as plant expands operationsCreate job postings, both internally and externally throughout multiple avenuesHandle internal applicant process by reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting internal interviews with a selected interview team, assess interview scores and communicate results.Handle external applicant process through ATS, including but not limited to: sorting applications/resumes, reviewing resumes with department leaders, scheduling interviews, requesting and following up on background checks, extending an offer, and documenting applicants through the processAssist with on-boarding process of new associates for the purpose of ensuring associates are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processesWork with Department Leaders to track plant manning, assess department manning needs, and create action plan.Act as a liaison with external recruiting resourcesWork with Plant Trainer to communicate and execute training opportunitiesCoordinate training schedules plant wide, including new hire training, annual training, annual re-certifications, management training, and specialized external trainingConduct plant wide communications not limited to: Open Enrollment, Annual Training, HR information sessions, policy changes, etc.Manage personnel files to ensure accuracy and maintain organizationAssist HR team during Open Enrollment to collect and update insurance changes.Assist in documentation of disciplinary actions of associates including investigations, paperwork, and communication.Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective functioning HR teamADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

B.A. in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent2 years experience in management position or equivalentGeneralist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development. Well-developed administrative skills. Strong management skillsprinciples and people.Personal Characteristics:
