Description
We have partnered with a non-profit organization on their search for a HR Generalist with proven recruiting/sourcing experience. In this role, the HR Generalist will be responsible for enforcing company policies and practices, assisting with performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate for this role should have thorough understanding of general human resources policies/procedures and employment-related laws and regulations and the ability to multitask and pivot in a fast-paced environment.

· Conduct employee eligibility verifications
· Data Entry
· Screen and recruit candidates
· Employee engagement
· Maintain knowledge of new technologies in human resources
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws
· Maintain employee files and records
Requirements
The ideal HR Generalist will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Other requirements for the HR Generalist role include and are not limited to:
· 2+ years of heavy recruiting experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
