Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join a non-profit in Salem/Keizer area. This organization provides exceptional healthcare benefits for employee and dependents, in addition to PERs retirement, and 40 days total paid time off (inclusive of vacation, sick, holiday, etc.). Your responsibilities in this role
Create employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience
Employ HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration
Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters
Generate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
Design onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations
Evaluate employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly
Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records
Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections
Parter with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities
Take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

Requirements
Strong organization skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Skillful in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
HR certifications desired but not required
Comfortable developing and managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload
Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
