We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management, demonstrating expertise in various HR functions. As a Senior HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and concerns.
Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Communicate benefit information to employees and assist with inquiries.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Develop and update HR policies in alignment with legal requirements and company culture.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
Requirements
This role needs to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Prior experience implementing and coordinating Open Enrollment is a plus
Proven understanding local, state and federal laws
Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Experience with full cycle recruiting
B.A. or B.S. degree preferred, preferably with a Human Resources or Psychology emphasis
5-7 years of HR Generalist experience
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Excellent written and verbal business skills
Proficient with office computer applications and software, as well as social media platforms
