An custom industrial manufacturer is seeking a VP of HR and Culture to join their team. As a VP of HR and Culture, you will be part of the Leadership team supporting employee engagement, human resources, and operations. The ideal candidate will have ISO 9000 experience, Non-union experience and a backaground with a growing and constantly changing environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: VP of People and Culture
Location: West Chester, PA
Pay Range: 14000 to 16000
What’s the Job?
Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations programs, including conflict resolution and grievance procedures.
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee performance and development.
Develop and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of HR technology systems to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on leadership roles.
Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
