About HR Generalist

  Description We are partnering with a well-respected client to find a talented Human Resource Generalist to come aboard a high performing team. The main focus of the HR Generalist will involve completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. Primary responsibilities include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees. If you are a motivated and organized HR detail oriented that enjoys a fast-paced work environment with multi-faceted responsibilities, this may be the role for you.

  How you will make an impact

  Construct onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  Collaborate closely with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

  Generate employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

  Construct a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

  Design employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

  Assess employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  Apply HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

  Write official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  Administer appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

  Support physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records Requirements - 8+ years of human resources experience

  MUST be bilingual in Spanish/English

  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  Strong time management and organizational skills

  PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required

  Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  detail oriented in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  Must have excellent time management skills

  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
