　　Provide Human Resources support by performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated geographic regions, client accounts, and new business development initiatives. Provide coaching and counseling with regard to employee and labor relations issues.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Build strong relationships with managers and employees - at all levels to provide effective HR guidance and coaching.Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.Work with the broader CandW HR team on key priorities and projects across multiple HR disciplines, including, but not limited to: talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, DEI inclusion, governance and policy, change management, performance management, HRIS, and acquisition integration.Provide counsel for managers and supervisors on employee relations issues including discipline, policy interpretation, harassment and discrimination, HR compliance, background checks, FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, Wage and Hour Law, I-9 compliance as well as other matters.Support other HR-related activities as required, including exit interviews, training in performance management, positive employee relations, and other personnel training requirements.Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferredMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resourcesSelf-Starter; results oriented and motivated professionalAbility to perform as a trusted advisorAbility to thrive in ambiguity - can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proactively communicate and build partnerships at all levelsComputer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and other Office suite applications. 　　The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.

　　The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

　　The compensation for the position is: $63,750.00 - $75,000.00
