　　Our client, a prominent player in the Banking industry, has partnered with Robert Half to identify a skilled and experienced Contract HR Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a leading financial institution. This role will require the individual to go into office in the Denver Metro area.

　　As a Contract HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function within the Banking industry. Your responsibilities will include:

　　Conducting recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

　　Managing employee onboarding and orientation processes.

　　Handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

　　Administering HR policies, procedures, and programs.

　　Assisting with benefits administration and supporting open enrollment activities.

　　Managing HRIS data and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

　　Collaborating with management to address workforce planning and talent development needs.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

　　Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the Banking industry.

　　Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

　　Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

　　Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
