An exciting opportunity has become available for the role of HR Expert with GERMAN
This newly created role will report into the People Services Operations Structure supporting the German and Austrian market.
The role will be an important ambassador of our service delivery, employee experience and maintain a high performing cross-functional collaboration.
HR Expert with GERMAN
Key Responsibilities: Primary contact for non-standard/complex HR Ops inquiriesSupport the Team Leader with monitoring and ensuring adherence to operational performance targetsProvide subject matter expertise, training, and guidance to the team on quick improvements, procedures or best practicesParticipate in Audits and make sure our processes are compliantSupport data validation process between Workday & the Payroll System to ensure accurate data flows from Tier1 to PayrollConduct regular audits & root cause analysis for data or quality related issues and implement solutions and corrective actionsTeam up with our Effectiveness Team and participate as key contributor in various improvement projects around process improvements or system enhancementsReview internal Documentations and Knowledge Articles to ensure procedures are captured accurately and clear for team members and employeesCollaborate with other teams and stakeholders in the organization to ensure excellent relationships Why You?
Basic Qualifications:Profound experience in HR Shared ServicesFluent German & English language skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExpertise around end-to-end HR Operations Processes for GermanyExperience in working with common HRIS Systems such as Workday, SAP or ServiceNowHigh level of accountability, structured way of working, excellent time management and prioritization skillsPreferred skills:Payroll expertiseFamiliarity with German labor law, collective agreements (Tarifrecht)Experience working on Austrian or Swiss market is a plusLean, Agile or similar certifications/qualifications Why GSK?
