Landscape Laborer - 8 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/24-12/15/24.

　　Employer: Mandy Spring Farm Nursery, Inc., 1637 County Route 28, Granville, NY 12832.

　　Duties: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units

　　Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites in Washington, Saratoga and Warren counties from designated pickup location: 1637 County Route 28, Granville, NY 12832.

　　No education required. 3 months experience required. Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs. regularly.

　　Work hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm, 40 hours/week, at $19.01-$21.80/hour. Saturday work required, when necessary. OT for hours over 40 at $28.52-$32.70/hour. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. Hours may vary based on weather conditions.

　　Post accident or for cause drug testing paid for by employer.

　　A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

　　Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

　　Employer will assist workers with securing housing, but employer will not provide housing.

　　H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

　　Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.
