HR Director for Fire Americas

As an HR Director for Fire Americas in Building Automation (BA), you will have a transformative impact on our business. You will directly support the VP GM of Fire Americas and their directs for the largest P/L within the Fire GBE. You will drive transformation throughout the business including creating and owning the HR strategy to enable growth, operational efficiency, and unlock valuable insights for organization. Your strategic vision and guidance will shape the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, enabling us to attract, develop, and retain top talent. With your expertise in HR practices and regulations, you will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. You will report directly to our HR VP and you will work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule. As an HR leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute HR strategies for the commercial organization to support the Americas Leadership team.

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement

• Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

• Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR leadership roles in commercial organizations

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Experience in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
