Description We are seeking an HR Director for a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry, located in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado. This role is vital in maintaining effective employee relations and developing HR strategies for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain open lines of communication with all levels of the organization, including the C-Suite.

• Lead contract negotiation processes to secure beneficial agreements.

• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

• Manage HRMS and HCM systems, including ADP Workforce Now.

• Process payroll using ADP - Financial Services.

• Oversee benefit functions, including compensation benefits plans.

• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships within the organization. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role as an HR Director.

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Expertise in managing Human Capital Management (HCM) and HR Management Systems (HRMS).

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions and Compensation Benefits.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective employee relations.

• Experience in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

• Ability to engage with C-Suite executives and manage HR Strategy effectively.

• Experience with ADP - Payroll and contract negotiation.

• Knowledge of HR Compliance and ability to develop and implement HR policies.
