Need 4 full time, seasonal, temporary Farmworkers to work in Euclid, MN. From: 03/01/2024 - 12/31/2024 Work: Mon.-Fri. 8/hrs./day. All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. JOB DUTIES: Drives/operates farm machinery, plant, cultivate, spray, fertilize, harvest, store grain crops of soybeans, canola, pinto beans, grass seed and sugar beets. Attach farm implements, plow, disc, drill to tractor, till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tows harvesting equipment, drives/operates self-propelled combine to harvest crops. Performs duties like lubricating, repairing farm machinery and transports produce to elevator or storage area. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
