About HR Coordinator

Description

We are offering a short-term contract for an HR Coordinator role, based in Oakdale, Minnesota. This role is primarily focused on the implementation, management, and maintenance of the organization's fingerprint tracking system, as well as administering HR policies, procedures, and programs in various areas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the administration and management of the fingerprint tracking system, inclusive of enrollment, system updates, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure the fingerprint tracking system complies with legal requirements and company policies.

• Provide guidance to management on the system’s use and data interpretation.

• Manage employee data such as leaves, absences, and working hours using the fingerprint tracking system.

• Administer hiring procedures, including conducting background checks through the fingerprint tracking system.

• Aid in the implementation of updated company policies and HR procedures.

• Organize training sessions and seminars.

• Conduct orientations and manage records of new staff.

• Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the management team.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.

• Provide support in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential

• Experience with Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time tools is necessary

• Auditing skills are a must-have

• Ability to conduct background checks efficiently is crucial

• Excellent communication skills are required

• Experience in benefit functions is necessary

• Fingerprinting skills are preferable

• Ability to perform numeric data entry with accuracy is crucial.
