We strive to be both.HR Coordinator: This is where you come in.The Human Resource Coordinator serves as a main resource for employees on questions related to their employment. They are responsible for our non-union onboarding and employee experience and supporting our HR operations.Main duties and responsibilities:Employee Onboarding and ExperienceOversee the MM non-union employee onboarding experience.Ensure new hire training is updated and in alignment with organizational culture.Partner with recruiting and managers to promote a phenomenal onboarding experience.Connect with employees throughout their first 90-days, collect data on onboarding experience, and make recommendations for improvement.HR OperationsImprove processes regarding non-union, hires, promotions, status changes, and terminations by ensuring information is communicated with internal partners.Manage exit process including exit interviews, themes, and recommendations to senior leadership.HR Support and CoordinationCoordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience.Communicate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process.Assist in the coordination of recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs.Stay up to date on HR laws and regulations in our Industry and their impact on MacMillerReview and update policies to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and recommended best practices.Assist with HR compliance reporting (including Vet, EEOC, Affirmative Action, Commuter).Together with HR Operations team members develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting.Your background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?You should have...Bachelor's degree in human resourc
