Description
We are seeking a bilingual English/Spanish HR Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the efficient organization of personnel records.
Location: South San Francisco, CA - 5 days on-site
Duration: 6-12 months contract
Job Function Details:
• A bilingual, Spanish-speaking HR Assistant/Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience
• E-Docs Filing: Organize, review, and categorize personnel files, scan and store them digitally, and manage physical records.
• Network Cleanup: Assess and restructure HR directories/files, back up and move data, handling outdated or irrelevant information.
• I-9 Filing: Review, store past I-9 forms, and maintain a spreadsheet to track expiration dates for compliance.
• Rates & Position Table: Review, create, and maintain an Excel spreadsheet of position tables, ensuring alignment with job descriptions and rates.
• Employee Badges: (NEW) - work with EE's from SF to SJ to coordinate in-person verification, check off items for issuance of ID and badges
Systems:
• HRIS – Paycom (Not a hard requirement)
