Description Robert Half is seeking a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This will be a contract to permanent opportunity.

　　Responsibilities: · Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. · Process new permanent paperwork and conduct orientation sessions for new employees. · Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. · Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures. · Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking. · Coordinate training and development programs for employees. · Support benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with employees. · Assist in employee relations matters and contribute to a positive workplace culture. · Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making. · Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
