Location: Onsite - Pryor, Oklahoma
Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with the implementation and interpretation of site-specific Safety plans, programs, policies, and
procedures.
• Participate in Safety incident investigations, reviews, RCAs and Lessons Learned.
• Assist and participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Control Programs.
• Drive continuous improvement activities and initiatives aligned with Company’s strategic goals.
• Participate and assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
• Strategic management of field workforce placement and allocation supportive of project needs and schedule
alignment to include projected future workforce capacity needs.
• Direct, support, and mentor all subordinate field leadership personnel.
• Serve as a senior Subject Matter Expert, assisting with solutions for technically complex issues and
problems.
• Ensure all company, department, and technical policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to.
• Serve as the on-site customer point of contact and liaison for construction operations related items and
activities.
• Attends and participates in all internal and customer driven meetings.
• Facilitates and leads meetings as needed or required.
• Coordinate and conduct formal performance evaluations for field workforce personnel making
recommendations for developmental goals, wage adjustments and position classification changes according
to individual performance, group, and project needs.
• Monitor and resolve matters relating to work procedures, conflicts, complaints, damages, accidents, and
delays.
• Ensure that all field reports are completed and submitted as required.
• Assist in the development of Technical and Field Leadership training programs.
• Provide expertise and technical knowledge to other home office department leaders as needed.
Skills and Abilities:
• To be successful in this position, qualified candidates must possess exceptional leadership, mentoring, coaching, and team building qualities and traits.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations, relevant federal, state, and local guidelines, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of industry standards, best practices, means, and methods related to Low Voltage and Structured Cabling Systems installations and construction.
• Ability to read and understand complex design documents, drawings, specifications, and construction schedules.
• Ability to identify changes or discrepancies in design documents, drawings and specifications that would prompt RFI’s and potential changes to scope of work and time.
• Highly skilled in developing work activity schedules and sequencing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Skilled at conflict resolution and managing differences and diversity in the workplace.
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
• Interact effectively with and garner the cooperation of a wide variety of personnel including upper management, clients, other craft partners, vendors, and others.
• Must be able to learn and support new and rapidly changing industry specific and construction technologies.
• Proficient in the use of a computer, MS Office applications, Blue Beam, and various construction management software applications.
Education, Experience and Certifications:
High School Diploma required, GED or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering similar preferred. Proven and relevant experience will be considered in lieu of higher education achievements.
7+ years construction workforce management experience on large multi-million-dollar projects with a focus on the installation of Low Voltage and Structured Cabling Systems, or equivalent combination of education, training and / or related experience.
Experienced in effectively managing large teams (50 – 100+) on large projects and geographically dispersed construction sites.
Preferred professional certifications: OSHA-30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
BICSI Technician (TECH)
BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
SAP - user experience preferred
Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have direct reports.
Work Location and Travel: On project site daily with up to 10% travel.
